The Heavy Duty Multi-Axis Gantry Robot supports flexible X, Y, Z, and R axis motion for automated handling, grasping, assembly, welding, stacking, and other industrial applications.
With a maximum payload of up to 10,000 kg (10 tons), customizable X-axis travel, Y-axis travel up to 12 m, Z-axis travel up to 3 m, and repeatability of ±0.02 mm, the system is designed for demanding heavy-duty automation projects.
Various end effectors, including mechanical grippers, welding torches, and other robotic tools, can be integrated according to specific production requirements.
Customized Robot 7th Axis / Robot Track for Welding Applications
The Robot 7th Axis, also known as a Robot Track or Robot Walking Rail, is a floor-mounted linear motion system designed to extend the working range of industrial robots.
With customizable travel from 3 m to 100 m+, load capacities typically ranging from 500 kg to 10,000 kg, and repeatability of ±0.05 mm to ±0.1 mm, the system is suitable for welding, material handling, machine tending, assembly, and inspection applications.
Compatible with major industrial robot brands including FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Motoman, and Universal Robots, the robot track can be customized according to specific load, travel, robot, and production requirements.
Automated Packaging Production Line – Integrated Packaging & Palletizing System
The Automated Packaging Production Line integrates carton erecting, automatic packing, sealing, coding, labeling, strapping, robotic palletizing, and stretch wrapping into one coordinated system.
Designed for continuous automated production, the line combines conveyors, PLC controls, servo systems, and optional vision or MES integration to improve packaging efficiency, reduce manual handling, and maintain consistent packaging quality.

Floor-Mounted Gantry Robot for Automated Welding Production Line – Up to 10 Ton Payload
The floor-mounted gantry robot system is designed to extend the working envelope of standard industrial robots for automated welding, material handling, machine tending, assembly, palletizing, and other multi-station applications.
Compatible with 6-axis articulated robots, the system supports two or more robots and provides a maximum payload of up to 10,000 kg (10 tons). With customizable gantry dimensions, robot mounting configurations, and travel lengths, it can be integrated into complex automated production lines requiring high rigidity, accuracy, and operational flexibility.
CNC Gantry Loader for CNC Lathe – Automatic Loading & Unloading System, Max. 50 kg
The CNC Gantry Loader is designed for automated loading and unloading of CNC lathes, machining centers, and other machine tools. With a maximum payload of 50 kg, customizable X/Y/Z travel, and repeatability of ±0.02 mm, it provides fast and reliable material handling for batch production.
Built with a high-strength carbon steel structure, rigid guide rails, precision gear-rack transmission, and servo motor drive, the system can be customized for loading, unloading, turning, cleaning, inspection, and other automated production processes.
